SPALCON PLUS (THE STATIC SOUND SERIES)

In SPALCON PLUS, we developed 2 laminar structure and planned reduction of the noise, and a static sound completed the conveyer which could contribute to becoming it. We assumed a double trough a standard and devised it to be able to facilitate the exchange of the inner trough.

FEATURES
(１)Low vibration and the low noise realized becoming it by inflection of the control on vibration structure using control on vibration materials in the dual structure trough.
(２)We realized cheapness, easy maintenance with the exchangeable inner trough of sheet metal + control on vibration materials and main body trough structure of the sheet metal.

About actual feeling when we visited our customer's factory
•We push it forward to already put on a rail as the correspondence that was that a great variety of chips is sent off from various kinds of machines.
•There is many cases multiple conveyer normally operate in the factory.
At that time,It may become the level that a sound brings itself as the noise of the verge. Furthermore, in case mounting the rail for corresponding various chips, the noise becomes to be raised .
•Our customers erranding products for long time require such as repair and exchange for wearing caused in the trough setting into the products.
Also, customers required that they wanted to perform maintenance easily.
