Could you not produce the cheap cost and plugging-less filter?

The normal punching plate filter happen to choke up by the chips of aluminum and brass and cutting fluid makes overflow. Also, drum filter type is very expensive, therefore customer required cheaper one not choking up even if chips is streaming out a little from filter. For this inquiry, we developed the slit filter which customers can easily control to fit the clearance to chips and hardly cause to choking up.

As we use it in narrow space, isn't it able to keep certain level of expenses?

In case of 3m over conveyor, customers have difficult problem that stock of the service parts are greatly expensive and need its waring space . For such a problem, we are resolving by adopting a separated spiral conveyor irrespective of mode. Also, communalizing parts progress and the model stock is decreasing.
