SOLUTION OF SHUTTLE GUARD

Abrasion is rapidly and its function is becoming to NG.

An existing telescopic cover uses a rubber made wiper in machining center of grinding specifications, and abrasion is early and wiper function becomes NG. Life was largely prolonged by using a metalic wiper, but abrasion had occurred. Furthermore the QBC wiper which customer could change, solved these problems.

Telescopic cover of movement type breaks down.

Customer use telescopic cover of the bad pull-out movement type of L/D, but its motion becomes aslant and breaks down immediately. And shocking lineage appears on the surface of the products. But trouble disappeared because the parallel operation of the cover was secured by attaching W pantograph and a cover shock disappeared, a products surface state was largely improved.
