discharge conveyors SPALCON- MT

This SPALCON-MT is a new type unit which is standardized, and customer can choose and combine.
Significant cost benefit is advantage for customer.

Standard type discharge conveyor for inside of machine that an individual design-free, and achieved low cost •Possible to assemble a built-in unit in a customer side. •Standardized each unit and achieved low price, short delivery date.

We lined up SPALCON MT series that customers can arrange to match the machine with inside of machine. For that, we made standard unit four elements (drive unit, spiral unit, tray unit, spiral support unit). Standard unit made it possible to deliver short time and low cost. It's possible to order with only each unit.

DRIVE UNIT CLASSIFICATION

We have totally four type drive unit . Two types of them are that drive motor is the spiral drive shaft side (chain type) and anti-drive shaft side (direct type) and another two types are single spirals and twin spirals.

SPIRAL UNIT

•There is the spiral unit on the basis of separated spiral, but becomes one spiral (SDE type) to 3m.

•Customer can assemble the separated spiral combining spiral of max. length 2m with bolt as customer's wishes . Therefore this display excellent effect for stock, conveyance, assembly and maintenance.

It becomes the choice from 4 following models as basics

•SDE type (drive, discharge spiral) <name length: ... 2m>
When a spiral is not the separated type, use it.

•SD type (drive spiral) <name length: 1.5, 2m>
This is a spiral installed to a drive unit, one terminal is appended to cartridge for drive shaft connection, another end is to connection hole for separated spiral.

•SE type (discharge spiral) <name length: Option>
This spiral is for final discharge stage and appended to connection hole for separated spiral into unilateral.

•SM type (middle spiral) <name length: 2m>
This spiral is between drive spiral and discharge spiral, and appended connection hole into both end.

TRAY UNIT

•The tray unit is organized tray and installation flange
•3 models for single spiral as a cross-sectional shape, and of the trays,
3 models for twin spirals are prepared.
*The length is random assignment.
•The installation bracket to a machine is prepared for 4 models.

The standard form is 6 models

Division tray

The integrated tray is to 3m in total length, but the division type is more than 3m total length.
•The connection of division type is bolt fastening by with flange across the packing.

Bracket model

These types are 2-type in drive unit side, and 2-types in discharge side.
